My name is Ilaria, Hily for everyone and I'm an Italian ASMRtist living in Milano.  I started this project in 2015 by opening up my ASMR channel on YouTube, which immediately started to grow with an incredibly supportive community. From the very beginning my idea was to bring my vision and perception of ASMR, experimenting with multiple triggers but preferring the visual stimuli, playing with ambience and colors. Over the years I have collaborated with various companies promoting their services with my ASMR style. I'm also a Reiki practitioner (japanese holistic treatment) and very passionate to spirituality, meditation and personal growth. The perfect mix aimed at psychophysical well-being to combine with ASMR.
